Under his leadership, Joy Personal Care (RSH Global) has grown from a home-grown business into a profitable company with global presence, driven by his focus on continuous improvement and meeting consumer needs.

Jitendra Agarwal serves as Chief Financial Officer of RSH Global Pvt. Ltd., overseeing the company's financial operations and strategy. He focuses on implementing growth strategies that balance profitability with cost efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining financial stability. As head of Accounts and Finance, he manages financial planning, tax planning, and cash flow monitoring. Known for his methodical and detail-oriented leadership style, he promotes a culture of accuracy and analytical thinking within his team.
